garage steps - going into the house

i don't have many decent shots of the second story from the inside-

there's no way to get up there yet!

we have had many rainy days in the past two weeks,

but the crew has stayed hard at work

this is the day we swept water out of the basement

(rain goes right through from the roof to the ground without shingles!)

and marked lines on the floor where the decorative cuts

will be in the cement for the stain we have chosen

as our basement flooring option

i've learned to carry my boots and tape measure in my car...

shingles will come next!
